Factory by Beer Tree Brew is a dynamic restaurant and brewery seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our team with the same passion and excellence that defines the Beer Tree brand. Our unique facility features a cutting-edge brewery, taproom, and café on the lower level, and a full-service restaurant upstairs—highlighted by a stunning wood-fired pizza oven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the kitchen, café, and taproom

• Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth

• Lead, train, and mentor staff across departments

• Create, manage, and analyze budgets and financial performance

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer experience

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees

• Monitor and evaluate team performance and productivity

• Analyze financial and operational data to inform decision-making

• Research market trends to identify new opportunities

• Prepare reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or MBA preferred

• 5+ years of proven management experience in a hospitality or brewery setting

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

• Broad understanding of business operations and team dynamics

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
